We trade with pre-founded companies, registered in the commercial register of the county court of Dresden. We finish all formalities of incorporation and registration.


Until the sale of the companies the subject matter is the administration of the own capital. The companies have executed no business and do not have any liabilities.


The nominal capital of 25.000 EUR is fully paid and paid in a banking account.

The purchase price for one business is 27.800 EUR and will become due directly at the certification of the cession of the share of business.

Step 1: Complete the checklist

In preparation for the agreement of sale and contract of assignment, please fill out the checklist and send it back to us. Then we will have all of your data, which are responsible for processing of the purchase. We will acquire a business for you and will send you in advance to have the right of inspect the complete purchase documents.

Step 2: Payment

The modalities of the purchase price have to be clarified before certification.

You can either transfer the purchase price for the shelf company to Confidenta directly or for a surcharge deposit the purchase price with your lawyer or tax consultant, who will then forward the payment on to Confidenta. More than 95% of our buyers pay directly to Confidenta.

Step 3: Notary

The acquisition of the shelf company will be completed, when the notary of your choice will arrange for the changes to the commercial register entries. A new CEO has to be appointed.

We will deliver all documents (i. e. incorporation, bank acount) to the new CEO.

Sometimes the notary will ask foreign buyers for a deposit to cover his fees and costs for public register.

Please not that the notary will ask for a valid official photo-ID (i.e. passport, German ID-card or U.S driver´s licence). In most cases you will also need a translation of your officeal photo-ID with an apostille of a german Consular Officer or Honorary Consul.

 if you are not acting on your own behalf, but on behalf of e.g. a company, a ward, etc., please  bring a document (original or certified copy) stating your power of attorney for the company / individual, etc. Please clarify beforehand with the German authority in question, to whom you need to submit the document, whether an apostille is additionally required.

Step 4: Bank account

You have the choice to keep the corporations bank account or to open an account with a new bank. To get access on the shelf corporations bank account or to open an account with a new bank you need to send several documents (copies) to the bank (by postal service or e-mail):
  • documents made at the notary
  • passport of the buyers
  • passport of CEO
  • tax numbers of buyers and CEO

If the buyer is a corporation: 
  • Proof of public registration (english or with translation in german language)
  • Passport of buyers shareholders
(The laws against money laundering are quite strict.)
