We only act with prefounded companies, registered in the commercial register of the county court Dresden.
Until the sale of the companies the Subject matter is the administration of the own capital.
The nominal capital of 25.000 EUR is fully paid by all companies.
Until now, besides the foundation, the companies have executed no business and do not have any liabilities.
All formalities regarding the foundation will be made by us in a professional and complete way. The companies are registered at the responsible finance office.
The purchase price for one business is 27.500 EUR and will become due directly at the certification of the cession of the share of business.
