Price payment
The modalities of the purchase price have to be clarified before the certification.
Either you remit the purchase price on our business account or you prove the amount on another account of a lawyer or notary with the intention to pay the purchase price.

Contract
The act of transfer of the share in the business can be made at a notary of you choice. We will send you, together with the documents an authority to transfer the shares in a business or a person from Confidenta AG, who is authorized to replace you, will take place at the registration data.
At the appointment of notarization, the business shares will be transferred to the new shareholder and the name of the business and the business purpose will be changed.

Disposal about the nominal capital
After paying the purchase price you are unlimited authorized to use the nominal capital on the account of the acquired business. If you have your account at another bank, we will transfer the shelf capital on your desire to another account.
