We exclusively act with prefounded companies, registered in the commercial register of the county court Dresden. Until the purchase, the object of the company is the administration of the own capability.
The share capital of 50.000 EUR is fully paid for all companies. Beside the foundation the association did not make any business and there exist no debts.
All founding formalities are done completely and professional by us. The association is registered at the responsible finance office.
The purchase price for a business is 55.000 EUR and is payable directly at the transfer of the shares.
