The public company has more formalities than the limited company, but there is the advantage that participation of further persons will be possible without any problems and notarial certification. The shares in the business are tradable. At present, the reputation of a public company is considerably higher than than at a limited company.
The share capital for a public company is 50.000 EUR at the least.
